2. Data we collect and purpose

Through the contact form we collect the data you provide (first name, last name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of handling your request for information or a quote and following it up.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on pre-contractual measures when you request a quote (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep your data while we handle your request and, once concluded, for the legally required periods. It is then deleted.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties. The website is hosted by OVHcloud, which acts as data processor by providing hosting and email services.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to arco@lehitgaber.com. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data.
